Even though we arrived early our room was ready and the front desk were extremely helpful, in fact all the front desk staff were extremely friendly, and the cleaning staff were friendly and most helpful with anything that we required. The room including the bathroom were clean and smelt fresh, and even though it was so close to the motorway, when our windows were closed we could not hear the traffic. Everything you needed in the kitchenette was provided and suited our needs. The bed, and even the sofa bed were really comfortable and they were clean. The pool, even though it was only a lap pool, served our purposes wonderfully and we managed to cool down from the muggy heat of Hamilton. Location was handy for the hospital and walking distance to major supermarket and CBD, we would stay there again and recommend it anyone.

It was clean quiet comfy. Felt like home but in another country. Travelling as a group of 4 we booked 2 rooms and they put our rooms right near one another which was fantastic. This was our first stay in our drive tour of NZ. We stayed here again on our 5th night of NZ and both times everything was easy. Girls at the reception were just beautiful. Thank you Tanya for listening to me whine on about a previous hotel we stayed at and what we endured. I couldn't wait to be back in your hotel. Both nights were very comfortable and relaxing. Last minute stay at Ventura Inn was lovely. I was surprised to get a suite so that really exceeded my expectations. Basically it was a one bedroom apartment with all the amenities and comforts. Nice kitchen, big screen TV in the living room, large bed that was very comfortable, and windows that let in a lot of sunlight. Location was great- just a short walk to the main city center. Free parking on site too. Staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much. Definitely recommend.

I liked the bath, it was really big and the jets worked. The bed was super comfy and big. There were wine glasses with the normal glasses, a fridge and everything you need to make a coffee. They also have a connection to a local restaurant that offers room delivery so you can call and order food straight to the room, the servings were huge, we ordered 2 meals for 2 people but they were big enough that we could have just ordered one to share.

Location is great, just off the roundabout with Pak N Save on your left and Countdown on your right. Easy to walk into the CBD and to the restaurants. Room was fine. Great thing about this accommodation is breakfast is included (well at the moment) so you can get something to eat if you are up and about early and off exploring or off to Auckland for a day trip.
